How Returns Work at Espadrilles.de
If your order doesn't fit or isn't quite what you expected – no worries! You can easily return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them.
Here’s What to Do:
1. Register Your Return or Exchange:
Just send us a short email to info@espadrilles.de including your order number and the reason for the return or your exchange request (e.g. different size or color).
If you're requesting an exchange, we’ll be happy to reserve the desired item for you!
2. Pack the Items:
Please carefully repack the unworn items in their original packaging so they arrive safely.
3. Note the Return Address:

4. Return Shipping:
We do not charge any return or handling fees.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service so you have proof of postage.
5. Processing & Refund:
As soon as your return arrives and has been inspected, we will issue a refund using your original payment method or send out your exchange item.
Processing may take up to 14 days, but we always strive to handle it faster for you!
